Who We Are: About Freedom Debt Relief
Freedom Debt Relief, a subsidiary of Freedom Financial Network,
LLC, is a group about 500 employees strong and growing – known
internally as "The Freedom Family". We are energetic, smart
& compassionate - but most importantly we are advocates who are all
about helping our customers through a tough financial time in their
lives. We were founded in 2002 by Stanford Business School graduates
Andrew Housser and Brad Stroh and since then we have built the best
management team in the industry. Freedom works out of two primary
offices in San Mateo, CA and Phoenix, AZ. Our customers, 40,000
and growing, are spread widely across the United States.
What We Do
We are credit advocates who help people improve their financial
well being. This might mean helping consumers resolve unsecured debt or
it might mean conducting financial consultations, educating the
consumer and recommending the appropriate solution. Our core services
offer an alternative to bankruptcy, credit counseling, and debt
consolidation. We approach the business from the human perspective and
represent the consumer exclusively (not the banks or other agendas) –
we become your number one advocate helping you re-establish solid
financial footing as quickly as possible. We never collect fees
for our consultations or education and we will only earn a fee after
you start seeing results.
Freedom Debt Relief is an accredited member of the
American Fair Credit Council (AFCC). This company has
demonstrated the required business practices and standards required by
the AFCC to display the AFCC seal. To find out more about AFCC, please e-mail
us at info@americanfaircreditcouncil.org.
Code of Conduct
As a member of the AFCC, Freedom Debt Relief has agreed to
comply with our Code
of Conduct, which requires, among other things, that the
company will not charge you any fees until after they have resolved
debt for you. If you believe that Freedom Debt Relief is
not complying with this, or any other aspect of our Code of Conduct,
